About Us

MS Live PDX is a support group that offers in-person meetings for those under 50 years old with multiple sclerosis. This is a space where individuals can find support, share their stories, and connect with others who understand their journey. Our aim is to provide a supportive community and resources to help those with multiple sclerosis live their lives to the fullest.

We believe in the power of community and the strength of individuals. Every person living with multiple sclerosis has the potential to thrive, and together, we can make a difference in each other's lives.

Who we are. Deb and Aaron!
Founders Deb Robert and Aaron Vazquez at your service!

We are both patients with a long history and experience with multiple sclerosis.
Coming out of the pandemic in 2022 we were yearning for connection. And we knew there was an MS population in Portland because the MS Walks put on by the National MS Society brought hundreds if not over a thousand people each year.
We want to create a space for those with multiple sclerosis to feel safe and amongst friends. Just as much, we want to keep living, not just be stuck at home. We want to build connection not just sequestered, but be out there in the real world, together.
